2023 Atta Boy Trip. ABT Mechanical.

Ryan Keys: "My trip to Falcon's Ledge was amazing! My guide was Colby, and he took my wife and I to the exact kind of locations we requested.

We stared out on a lake and then hiked around to lots of different river spots. He was so knowledgeable and had us catching a bunch of fish right away. The meals provided were great, and the lodge was peaceful. I hope to have another trip there in the future!"

The objective of this program is to recognize each other and celebrate who we are as a company and what we do well all day, every day.

Every week we at our company meeting we fill out "Atta Boy" tickets for others in the company. Then we tally the "Atta Boy tickets" for each person and the person with the most in the week wins $20 Cash.

We tally the winners of the weeky Atta Boy Trophy and the person who won the most in the previous month, wins lunch once per week paid by the company.

The person with the most "Atta Boy" monthly wins will win a weekend trip to Falcons Ledge fishing club in Duchesne, UT for themselves and a guest.

  1. For stepping up to the plate installing at Jenkins.
  2. For helping Luke out with figuring out Service Titan.
  3. For chauffeuring me to drop off broken van.
  4. For having & utilizing all awesome specialty tools to be more efficient.
  5. He kicked butt on the condensing furnace drain at Thatchill it was very clean.
  6. For being a very efficient worker moving condensers.
  7. Performing AC move for Catherine and making it work despite poor work from previous contractors.
  8. Taking the time to help Luke on procedures and Service Titan.
  9. Helping out in install dept and making the best of it.
  10. Being flexible with vans.
  11. Working long hours, helping to pick up slack at Jenkins and completing regular scheduled jobs on Friday.

01/13/2025 WINNER - Luke Reynolds

  1. Going to Todd Fugal at the end of the day Friday.
  2. Keeping poolpak estimate notes.
  3. Coming along on maintenance and sacrificing dry cloths to clean economizer filter.
  4. For communicating in the service team chat customer info that was wrong and needed to be corrected.
  5. Doing a lot of RNC work and doing it with no complaints and a smile on their face.
  6. Working alone doing PG house.
  7. For staying after his work schedule was done & choosing to go assist another tech.
  8. Being super flexible and handling late given assignments well.
  9. For coming to goal meetings and making time during their busy schedules for it.
  10. For working so hard this past week, pulling long hours, focusing on multiple projects at once, completing work quickly with good workmanship, showing up for each other and responding quickly & with a good attitude to all additional assignments that get thrown at them! We have a very hard-working team!

  2. Kicking butt & taking names!! Felipe dedicates time every day for training/furthering his HVAC education. He has learned very quickly & performs quality work.
